The FEVM FN60G is a small desktop computer that looks a lot like a Mac Studio. But it's designed for Windows (or other operating systems) and it's a lot easier to customize or upgrade than a Mac Studio.
When the FN60G launched in China late last year (and went on sale worldwide earlier this year), it was available with up to an Intel Core i9-14900KF processor and up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 or AMD Radeon RX 6600M discrete GPU. Now FEVM has launched a new model called the FN60G WE with an updated design and support for up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090M graphics.
While the system isn't yet available in the United States, a listing on Chinese retail site Taobao gives us a pretty good idea of what to expect.
The new model features a compact 3.8 liter chassis that measures 168 x 168 x 137mm (6.6'' x 6.6'' x 5.4''), making it a little larger than the original (168 x 168 x 92mm or 6.6'' x 6.6'' x 3.6''). But the extra space means there's room inside the chassis for a higher performance cooling system that includes independent fans for the RAM and storage, as well as a Thermalright AIO water cooler GPU cooler, and a large fan to keep everything running at optimal temperatures.
Also inside the computer's metal case you'll find two SODIMM slots for up to a total of 96GB of DDR5-5200 memory, two M.2 2280 slots with support for PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe storage, and an LGA1700 socket for 12th, 13th, and 14th-gen Intel Core processors.
FEVM says the system supports CPUs with up to a 125 TDP and GPUs with up to 115 TGB for up to 240 watts of total power.
There's no word on if or when this little computer will be available outside of China, but if you want to see the system in action and don't mind watching a Chinese video with English subtitles, one popped up on YouTube a few weeks ago.
