Measles outbreak spreads amid low vaccination rates in Texas

The U.S. measles outbreak, which started in the state of Texas, now appears to be spreading across international borders. Health officials in Mexico say 22 cases have been confirmed -- the majority of them in Chihuahua state, which shares a border with Texas. The infections, they say, were imported. The latest numbers from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention shows 308 cases in more than a dozen states. With more cases now reported in the first three months of 2025 than the whole of last year. Toni Waterman reports.
