The U.S. measles outbreak, which started in the state of Texas, now appears to be spreading across international borders. Health officials in Mexico say 22 cases have been confirmed -- the majority of them in Chihuahua state, which shares a border with Texas. The infections, they say, were imported. With more cases now reported in the first three months of 2025 than the whole of last year. Toni Waterman reports.
