With the good there's a lil bad, 9 Months ago the company announced a Reverse Split and it was approved. The New CEO then issued a Huge 8K with $243,000 in Legacy Shares Canceled, Millions of Convertibles Debt Canceled and we found over 98,000,000 returned to the Treasury from BAH. Also an Anti-Dilution clause was locked in place.
Question is, with only 523m Shares Outstanding, and an Anti-Dilution clause in place, why would they split the stock. Someone mentioned 1:500, which would leave only 1m Shares Outstanding and a 900k Float. I don't expect this to happen...
My reasoning is that they expect serious Revenue near term and will apply to Uplist to the Nasdaq somewhere down the future.
