ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS PURDIN DITCH FISH PASSAGE AND PIPING PROJECT - 2024 North Yakima Conservation District 1606 Perry St. Suite C Yakima, Washington 98902 The North Yakima Conservation District invites bids for a construction project on the South Fork Wens Creek. The work for this Contract includes installation of irrigation headworks, prefabricated fish screen and associated infrastructure, construction of an instream roughened channel for fish passage, bank stabilization, and piping of 4.1miles of an irrigation delivery system and all other appurtenant work involved to provide irrigation water delivery to Purdin Irrigation Ditch users. The anticipated construction start date for the Project is December 13, 2024. Sealed Bids for the described Project will be accepted in-person or mailed to the North Yakima Conservation District office, located at 1606 Perry St. Unit C, Yakima, Washington 98902, until 12:00 noon, local time, December 5, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Contractor will be subject to the Davis Bacon Wage Rates and Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Project, EEO, Washington State Contracting Laws, etc. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidding Documents will be available at www.QuestCDN.com starting on November 13, 2024. Reference Quest Number 9393093.
