Portage County Job and Family Services has started its annual Presents for Kids gift donation campaign to benefit the children in its care.
Donations of new and unwrapped gifts and toys, gift cards and money are being collected through Nov. 22. They can be dropped off from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday on the third floor of the Portage County Administration Building, 449 S. Meridian St. in Ravenna.
Wish list tags also can be found at these community locations:
Donors can stop by the administration building during those same hours to obtain a gift tag from the Giving Tree in the lobby.
The gift tags ensure children can receive specific items this Christmas.
PCJFS is also hosting its annual Donation Drive-Thru from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 23 at the Portage County Administration Building. Representatives will be on-site to accept donations of any new, unwrapped gifts and toys.
Those with questions should contact Audrey Riley, public information officer, at 330-715-0393 or [email protected].
Donors can receive written acknowledgements of charitable contributions.
