The daughter of the Queen of Hearts in Descendants: The Rise of Red doesn't want a White Christmas, but a Red Christmas. And she plans to turn it all red for the holidays in the new music video Red Christmas.
Kylie Cantrall reprises her role from Descendants: The Rise of Red in the recently premiered online music video for Red Christmas. The film inspired the holiday song.
The song has Red entering a White Christmas party and using her magic to add color -- mainly red -- in this dance and song number.
Her character was part of the ensemble of a new cast of Disney villains in Descendants: The Rise of Red. This latest installment from the Descendents franchise became the most-watched live-action original film on Disney+ since Hocus Pocus 2, with over 33 million views in 12 weeks.
Red Christmas is part of the Disney Channel's Fa-la-la-lidays. It will premiere on the network on November 29 at 9:45 p.m., following the premiere of Descendants: The Rise of Red Sing-Along at 8 p.m. on the Disney Channel.
The song is available on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and other digital platforms.
Also, Disney announced Cantrall will perform Red Christmas in the 98th Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on The Brick-Changer Float by The LEGO Group on Thursday, November 28.
With some of the film's cast, she will appear in the upcoming Descendents/Zombies: Worlds Collide Tour, an interactive live concert experience celebrating music from the two Descendants and Zombies franchises in North America in the summer of 2025. Tickets are on sale today.
