Unexpected Sighting: Vikings QBs Enjoy Night Out In Local Dive

It's got to be a little odd to see someone that you've watched working away from work and out of their uniform. The same goes for NFL players, as it's strange for me to see those we watch weekly on national TV not wearing team gear or pads and a helmet. Recently a 'dive' bar down in Northeast Minneapolis caught the 2024 Vikings QB room out for a drink.

Are you able to pick out the 4 Viking QBs in this photo from the NE Moose?

What if we make it a little bigger?

From left to right that is Brett Rypien, Nick Mullens, Daniel Jones, and Sam Darnold. Not pictured, and not there was rookie JJ McCarthy. (In his defense he is recuperating from a 2nd knee surgery that was reported in late November)

According to the bar, in a post from January 15th, the QBs stopped into the NE Moose, and it looks like the guys were warmly welcomed by fans and staff.

After a special season that saw the Vikings win 14 games when they were picked to only win 7.5 by Vegas before the season began, made the playoffs and NFL history at the same time by having the most wins in a season for a Wild Card team it's only natural that the guys who spent time together would want to take a moment before going their way.

It remains to be seen what the Vikings are going to do in the offseason about the Quarterback position, as Darnold will be a free agent, and Rypien was released in week 18 from the active roster to put Daniel Jones on the active roster for the playoffs.

Have you ever met someone famous outside of their 'workplace' uniform before? Did you know it was them right away? I know if was at the NE Moose when this four-some of guys came in, I wouldn't have looked twice.
